“For about 2 years I’ve been going to the Roots Radicals salon in Williamsburg. I’ve always loved it. Yesterday, for logistical reasons, I went to their Danbury location. It was my first time there and the first time Kim cut my short, curly hair. I could not be happier with the results—or the experience. Kim really understood what I was after, she worked slowly and patiently, checked in with me frequently, and even conferred with my stylist in Brooklyn. Plus the salon was a serene place to be. I left with just the cut I wanted. I know I'll be back.“

The products they use always leave my hair smelling and feeling great. She is very reasonable with pricing in this economy for the services she provides.
