Steckel's Lock & Key
“I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Steckel’s Lock & Key! Family-owned company has been in business since 1990, and it’s easy to see why they’ve been around for so long. They were incredibly nice, knowledgeable, professional, and truly cared about doing the job right. I needed to change my locks on 3 doors and I was given a very fair price upfront, and they stuck to that price with no surprises. Matt was timely, efficient, and went above and beyond what I expected. While changing my locks, he noticed that my latch hole was causing my door to not lock smoothly and took the extra time to fix it at no charge. He had the right tools with him, made sure everything was working smoothly and properly, and didn’t leave until I was 100% satisfied. This was truly the best service I could have asked for. It’s rare to find a company that has genuine customer care like this. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again in the future! Thank you, Matt!”
