I have been bringing my dogs here for three years now , and I could not be more thankful ! Wowza they understand the needs of your pet, and also you as the pet owner . They are very sensitive to communicating the cost prior to procedure choices , and always provide top notch medical assessments & treatments . The doctors and techs are all professional - yet so kind which truly makes such a difference ! It’s a wonderful place to bring your pets for excellent medical care .
I just wanna give a shoutout to all the staff at brewerton hospital for animals. They are truly amazing at what they do. They have so much empathy for the animals and the pet parents! Anytime I have needed to make an appt, or have a concern they treat it with efficiency and compassion. They have had me text in pictures or videos and give me feedback. My 9 year old dachshund who i rescued at the age of 6, she had horrible dental decay and was in pain with the current state of her teeth, once i finally realized how bad it was and that it was causing her pain, I made an appt. I brought her in a few months back and they did all the necessary testing to make sure she was healthy...read full review
They provided my cat with excellent care when she experienced a vaccine reaction. They were able to get her in right away and called to check up on her. Everyone was so kind and I’m very grateful to have them as our vet!
