I held back from leaving a review. I left it alone but recently was compelled to check what people were saying about the service in this place but man I see some things havent changed based on a bad experience I had last time i did my taxes with Wil. I too went through a very similar situation as these people so I dont need to repeat. Just dont expect professionalism like returning call backs or emails. Dont expect empathy and understanding either. He claims hes the cream of the crop when it comes to doing your taxes and good luck trying to find accountants that will do taxes like him. Like hes the only accountant in all of Long Island 😆 But trust me he is not. Im glad the bad service had to happen because I found this young lady who is 100x better and a successful accountant, even wrote books and she's the nicest and most professional account I have ever met and will do right by you. Her office is 30min away in Huntington. Its 30 min away but id rather drive far for professionalism than 5min and sit there and watch someone do your taxes who looks like they hate their job. Just do your research with this place people but dont expect this guy to go out of his way for you cause he will absolutely not. And if you tell him that you are unhappy with the service or show up cause hes not teturning your emails or calls he will get nasty instead of apologizing and making it right. I will 100% bet my money on it.

I Have been with this accountant since 2013. He has help me open my cleaning business which is doing great. Best of all he help me open my retirement account (IRA) which I was very hesitate to open but I am glad I did. I put 75.00 a week and my wife also put 75.00 and now combined is over $100.000. I couldn't believe it until we went over our finance today. My daughter is 18 years old and we opened an IRA with Wil today. 50.00 a week. I see great things for her. I am glad i was refereed to Wil. He has help me and family get out of debt and for my retirement and build up my business Sunshine Cleaning Services. I look forward working with him on further ventures.
