Made appt day prior and the tech came early next morning. Spent about 30 mins on property. HVAC system was low on Freon and about 3lbs was added with a sealant. Didn’t get a bargain with the price, but was happy with the service and the tech was happy to answer all the questions. Will use again.
With summer quickly approaching, I tested my AC unit and found that it wasn't blowing cold air. I discovered Advanced Air through a Google search and noticed they had great reviews. When I called, the operator was very nice. He listened to my issue, scheduled an appointment, and explained in detail what to expect during the technician's visit.
The technicians were polite, knowledgeable, and clearly explained my options and the associated costs. While the price was higher than I expected, the service was excellent. First I have to say I was amazed to get an appointment very quickly. My former A/C company went out of business. I just googled and found Advanced. I saw they had so many great reviews. The day of my appointment the service technician called because they had some cancellations and could come earlier. He was prompt and very friendly. Rich C was very attentive to the service of my unit as I had explained I had a prior service that wasn’t done properly with my former company which resulted in me having to buy a new unit.
