This was our first venture into buying a home; most of the process was stressful and generally frustrating. However, Ray was neither. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and trustworthy in his analysis. Ray was very thorough with the inspection and gave me a great insight into what I was looking at, definitely well needed when buying a first home. Ray also pointed out a lot of things that the homeowner didn't know, very happy with the inspection and report. No one is better then Meticulous Home Inspection!

Meticulous is an understatement. I was very lucky to find Ray and his company searching through a LI Reddit post. After checking out his website and reviews, I felt pretty confident that I made the right choice. Scheduling, inspection, and report all done in less than 48 hours. Ray went over the entire process before we started and gave great tips and advice (and jokes) for each segment of the inspection. He even arranged for a pest control specialist to inspect for termites/insects (Thanks again Steve). Great guy, great service, and, above all, great inspector. "Don't be ridiculous, call meticulous!"
