I’ve been going here for 3 years. I usually just get a spa pedicure. They’re all professional and the girls are very friendly. The place is very clean. For the first time I had a dip done. It lasted a full 2 weeks without chipping. I removed it at home with a warm water soak and a wooden stick and had no problems. If you get a gel or dip, you need to understand that your nails will be a little less strong after. If you don’t know that already, here’s your memo. I have very strong nails naturally, so it wasn’t a problem to temporarily have slightly weaker nails. I used a hardening clear and have had no issues. I don’t like to give bad reviews but I want to help others to avoid wasting money. In the past (years ago) I have come to this salon and been satisfied, but the last two times I came I was highly disappointed. They are always understaffed and keep people waiting way longer than they should. I went today to get dip powder removed and decided to do regular polish so I’m able to remove it myself at home eventually. It came out terrible. I mentioned this and they added a coat but it still looks bad. I am sitting here wondering if I should’ve chosen a different color or if I should’ve just gotten dip or gel but I shouldn’t have to. I don’t typically like to leave negative reviews of places, but sometimes places like these deserve it. I went in today for a soak off and a regular gel manicure. When seated for a soak off, they left me sitting for approximately 50 minutes. During this 50 minutes, the gentleman working proceeded to yell at his other coworkers, making the environment very uncomfortable and not relaxing. While also talking to customers, he was very rude. Telling them what they should be having done when they were asking for what they wanted. A customer also came in and asked for no polish because she was going to be going into surgery and needed what she had removed. The workers did... read full review
