After calling around to a few companies with promises of a call back, it began to get tiring. I called Best Flo and happen to get the owner on the phone. Michael took the time to explain his services and give me pricing with no hidden fees. He explained that he would send his technician, Anthony and everything would be explained in detail once the service was completed.
Anthony arrived to my home on schedule and was nothing but professional. After he completed draining / treating our cesspool and covering the hole that was dug, Anthony explained what was done.
