Codey and his team have done a magnificent job transforming our home overlooking Loon Lake.we really wanted a flagstone patio with a pergola and a fireplace. There was not quite enough room between our deck and the edge of the hill overlooking the lake but Codey came up with a plan and he and his team made it a reality. They brought in dozens of boulders and built a magnificent wall that allowed them to create the patio overlooking the lake.They laid out and installed the flagstones including a flagstone walkway from the front of the house to the patio and then along the back of the house to the side. Codey found a Pergola kit and a fireplace the complement the patio. They also cleared brush and installed a lawn on the side of the house. They created beautiful edged and mulched beds in the front of the house. The trail down to the lake was refreshed with new lumber edging, mulch and flagstone landings at the switchbacks. Our house is framed wood but the foundation was bare concrete so Chris and Jess installed stone veneer around the entire horse, which really finished the look.The end result is really beautiful, people in their boats will often come by and tell us how fabulous it all looks. We have really enjoyed the patio and I appreciate how much easier maintaining the yard has become. Codey and his team are great to work with. Codey has a real talent for being able to visualize a design, explain it and then make it happen. I would highly recommend them for this type of project.
