Took my mom for her appt and ended up making an appt for myself. Excellent customer service! The lady at the front desk is a gem! Everyone is very nice and courteous overall.
Washingtonville Eye Associates is the best! Everyone is very friendly. Dr. Battiato gives an excellent eye exam. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Helen is always so helpful picking out frames. Steven is also great with the puffer test for glaucoma. Highly recommend!
By far the best eye Dr I have ever been to. Such a caring passionate and most professional doctor in everyway.Diagnosed a serious eye condition I had and treated it in the most professional and thorough manner. I couldn't be more greatful for this. My daughter who has very bad eyes and has had trouble seeing for years and has had trouble with her vision for many years was examined by her was treated by Dr Battiato and now with her new glasses and contacts lenses has no more problems with her vision and it's like a whole new world has been opened up for her.Im so greatful for this.I have been to many eye doctors over the years and no one has treated myself or my daughter more professionally and kindly over the years. She took the time to make sure everything with perfect with my daughters poor vision and diagnosed my condition to prevent my eyes from a big problem I could have had in the future . I highly recommend her for all your vision needs.I also must mention her office manager Helen who took the time and patience to help my daughter who is a new contact lens wearer who patiently showed and help my daughter properly but her contacts in. She was so professional and patient with her like no drs office I've ever been to.Shes such a kind woman. I highly recommend Dr Battiato and Helen for all your vision and eyewear needs.Both are highly skilled professionals and I feel so blessed that there are part of our community.
