glaucoma specialist. have been a patient twice. both times found him difficult. poor communication skills. wait times over an hour. secretive about what exactly the treatment plan is and when you question what the details are, he thinks you are argumentative. duh. guess he thinks he is too important to be bothered with his patients' questions or wasting their time...as long as he squeezes as many patients in as possible...
