Someone hit my Mercedes Benz and I wasn’t sure where to bring it to fix it. I checked several places and each time I ended up angry and annoyed. No one was friendly or personable. Sadly, my car ended up being totaled but Ralph was responsive, informative and very helpful from the minute I called him to tow my car from the accident. He gave me tips and advice and alleviated some of the stress. I hope I never have to use an autobody shop, but if I do, I'll be going there!
