I always go to Serena at Glamour Nails and she never disappoints! She’s so talented, detail-oriented, and makes sure my nails look perfect every time. The rest of the staff is also super friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely my go-to nail salon!
I’ve been going to Glamour Nails for years. Serena, Lee and their staff have never been anything short of incredible! Today, I showed up to my appointment early and expected to wait. Instead, I was greeted by four staff members and I was taken early! While Tina was working on my pedicure, Lee started my acrylic fill. I was in and out quickly. Two weeks ago, I brought my daughter for a polish and kids pedicure. Again, Tina was absolutely incredible with her! Serena has always taken on crazy design ideas that I bring to her and always blows me out of water with her talent. I came here to get my nails done for the first time in a little bit over a year. Everyone was kind and welcoming upon my arrival. After I left, I realized I didn’t like my nails so I called the next day to see if they could fix them for me. They fit me into their busy schedule on a Friday afternoon and they fixed them for free. I believe it was the owner who fixed them and she did not make me feel bad for wanting them fixed. She was very kind and she understood why I was concerned with the first set of nails. She was quick and efficient and I would definitely go back. Great nails and great customer service!
