UHS Primary Care Upper Front Street

My visits with Ryan Little always make me feel uplifted, and his nurse Angela is wonderful. Healthcare is a complicated industry and it's important to feel comfortable with your caregivers, and I do. Excellent experiences.

There was no delay. I was seen at my appointed time. Nurse was very pleasant and thorough. Dr. Mahendran was also thorough. After explaining my symptoms he scheduled me for x-rays to determine the extent of my arthritis. All in all I was very satisfied.

I had an appointment on Friday 11/8 at 3:00pm. I was taken back by a nurse within 10 minutes of checking in and seen by the doctor within 10 after that. The nurse did a great job with taking my vitals and answering any questions that I had prior to seeing the doctor.

Dr. Rattenbury- Shaw always takes her time, is thorough and allows me to talk about my concerns and ask as many questions as necessary. I never feel judged about anything that I say to her. I feel completely accepted for who I am. I couldn't ask for a better provider.

The staff that are at the check-in and check out are also efficient and friendly.
