I'm a very high anxiety dental patient. The staff at Riverside Dental made me feel so comfortable and listened to my issues with anxiety the first time I visited the clinic. They made me feel right at home and showed me around before I even made my first dental appointment. I feel like I'm seeing friends when I go for my cleanings and dental check-ups. My daughter had tremendous pain in her tooth ironically after hours on a Friday night. We left a message to try to get in the next day as they were the only few opened on a Saturday. Before 8 a.m., we got a call on Saturday morning. The receptionist was very nice and showed empathy. She promised to call back once she spoke to the dentist. Although we didn't go to them because we got a call back from another office in the meantime, and we were offered a 9am appointment.
