I’ve been sitting on writing this review for 2 months. Back in April, I scheduled a hair appointment for the day of my bridal shower. The girl was nice and offered me a 9am early appointment. Great. The day of, I’m sitting outside the salon SERIAL CALLING because it was now 910a and no one was there. I drove 40 minutes from my house. My shower was at 1. I panicked and started driving home. About 10 minutes into my drive, the girl calls and says she wrote down 915a. I am a very punctual person and she acknowledged that wasn’t the time she told me. I drive back and arrive there around 945a. I show the girl a fairly simple half up half down with curls. The girl is putting curls in my hair. Not using much product hold them but I was trusting the process. When it comes time to put the pony up, she starts freestyling. I had to tell her that i want what’s in the picture and nothing more. She could not do it. I had to tell her to stop and I settled and left. When I got home, I had to completely take the pony down. The front looked an absolute mess. The pony was way too high. I wasted hours of my time and $60. I don’t know if it was lack of experience or not caring but I could have done better, saved time, and anxiety if I just did it myself at home. Not sure why the pictures online are great but the service I received resulted in nothing but disappointment and frustration. The 2 stars is for scheduling an early Saturday appointment but that’s it.

I'll never go anywhere else if I can help it. This place is beautiful and accommodating. The people who run it are equally the same. Best place in binghamton to bring your imagined hair to life, even if you just need a quick cut.

This. Is absolutely the best salon I’ve ever been to and at 67 I’ve been around the block ?. Lynee did my color and extensions and I have to say BEST EVER. I moved up here from Long Island a year and a half ago and I was driving 4 hours every 3 months to get fusion extensions put in. My hair is so damaged but lynee used her magic and fixed me up. Love the sew ins , way less damaging.and look more natural Staff very friendly and knowledgeable!! I give them a I00 star rating!! Thank you Evolution and esp Lynee! ❤️Services: Bang trim

I had the best experience here! Lynee did my hair and she did absolutely amazing she gave me exactly what I wanted and it came out great!! She is so good at what she does and takes her time with it especially because I have such long hair but I appreciate her patience! Definitely will be coming back!!!Services: Hair highlighting
