My experience with Auchinachie was extraordinary! They are a team. But what was most impressive was their ability to act as a business. The purpose of a business is to sell a product or service with the result creating income. THE ONLY WAY to do this is with Great People. Auchinachie nailed this. Every person from my initial cold call to their reception through the final conversation as they were packing up and leaving was a pleasure. The initial Tech "Scott" told the truth. Ricky and Nik did a great job servicing the Baxi tankless boiler/hot water system and the Kinetico water system. They identified and replaced the cause of thr problem quickly, a faulty pressure tank. They tested the system, explained the controls and cleaned up afterwards. Everything is working perfectly.
We always look forward to Auchinachie for our HVAC needs, we know things will be done right.
Tim Papp our service technician was wonderful! He showed us everything that needed to be fixed, was very courteous, and cleaned up completely!!! If we need to have Auchinachie do anything else we hope Tim comes to do the work
