Ray A**** and his assistant Scott examined our plumbing and heating yesterday. The knowledge and expertise they bring gives us confidence that our home is in good shape and all systems are GO. Ray always reviews things we need to know and is calm and kind if we have questions. I read a negative review and it did not depict the Auchinachie I have relied on for years. Auchinachie and Ray make us feel safe and secure as our home faces the coming winter season.

We called for our failure to ignite code on our boiler. This is a new boiler to us but in the past this has never cost more than $400. We called for service and were set up 48 hours later. I was told that they charged per job and not by the hour and they could tell me when they got here. Nothing was mentioned of the $ 140 service fee that didn’t apply to any work done. It ended up being on top of a $550 fee for a basic cleaning. There was no other pricing available, no other option. I told him I was not comfortable with this at all and what if the cleaning wasn’t all it needed. I was not prepared to pay over $700 to fix the heater. Jon D. came out today to do some furnace maintenance and install an air purifier. Jon does a fantastic job and I always request his work. Thanks again Jon for the quality and professionalism you provide.
