I called my home Warrenty place to schedule a maintenance check for my furnace since it was getting cold outside. They gave me the name of the company that will be coming out and said I can contact them myself or wait for them to call me to schedule my appointment. I decided to call them to schedule my appointment and the lady who answered was really nice and stated that she recommends I cancel my request through my Warrenty and just go directly through them because I will get more for my money. They wasn’t charging more then my deductible, it was the same price and they would do a more thorough inspection and cleaning of the furnace. So of course I agreed to that. I scheduled my appointment for Wednesday October 21st between 3-5 was the time they said. On that day I call them around noon to ask what time do they think they would be there. The lady who answered advised me they have a guy down right now and she just got back to work because of a death in the family. I said that’s fine because those things you can not control especially a death in the family. So we rescheduled for Today from 3-5 again. I rearranged my work schedule to make sure I was home by 3. They call me at 2:45pm and said somebody will be at my house in the next 45 minutes to a hour so I said okay that’s fine. 2 hours go by and I don’t hear anything from there so I call. The lady answers and says let me call and see where he is I think he had a problem at another job so after that I just canceled and said Nevermind. This is very unprofessional and I don’t recommend this business.

I called this business and he did a preliminary look at my ducts, and we scheduled a date for them to be cleaned. It snowed 12" the night before, so I understood that we had to reschedule. However, he never did. I tried reaching him three times after that - even left my name and number with his wife - and he apparently ghosted on me. So, maybe it would have been a good job? He seemed like he was interested in doing a thorough job, but perhaps he didn't need my business. He was very picky about stuff in front of registers, saying he needed about a 5' radius of clearing, and asked several times if I would clean the basement so things wouldn't be in the way. It bordered on demeaning (our house is a disaster - we are still in the process of moving in). Interesting contrast with the company that did end up cleaning our ducts. They never once made an issue about it. Anyway, weird experience. Thought it might be helpful if you are calling them for duct cleaning.

This local Husband and wife team do an excellent and thorough cleaning job. My granddaughter for 3 years in the winter would cough and get stuffed up every winter living in our forced hot air house. Since the cleaning over a month ago, she has been allergy free. No coughs or stuffed up nose!! Less frequent dusting, is an added bonus! I would highly recommend these folks and their prices are lower than most area duct cleaners I contacted. 5 Stars!!!
