Jeremy Drake and Drake Heating & Air Conditioning deserve ALL the praise & thanks again for another job WELL DONE! I had a GREAT experience about a year & a half ago, so when my furnace stopped working last Saturday, Monday morning his crew were at my house, reassuring me all would be taken care of swiftly! They quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, ordered the part, and today my problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction! On the first visit, two of his workers arrived, one of whom was his son - helping to keep this FAMILY business going long into the future! I was very pleased to see that. Today, the same gentleman who repaired the furnace the first time, arrived to replace the worn part, along with another young man/apprentice, and I watched as he carefully replaced the part, explaining every move along the way to the young man. I have FULL confidence that Drake Heating can/will handle any issues required, and that they will continually provide the TOP NOTCH EXCELLENT local service to our community, while preparing for the next generation of skilled professionals! HATS OFF to Jeremy AND Drake Heating & Air Conditioning!!
The gentlemen who came out were both very nice and respectful but no AC for us. Got on their schedule they came did their after winter spring check said all looked good but AC still didnt work. Came back out next day gave it a charge and top off freon. Still no AC (waited until next morning) so called to try and schedule a time where they could come diagnose the problem and never heard back. Ended up having to waste a bunch of money buying window AC units. Next year we will find someone else who works with AC who would be willing to diagnose and give an estimate for repairs so we can have our central air working again. It's a shame because again, the crew seemed pretty awesome.
