I called the florist directly and orderd flowers for a friends fathers wake. When I arrived at the funeral home my friend thanked me and said "the flowers are over the top". They were beyond what I thought. The florist did an amazing job. So beautiful, much more then I expected!! Thank you so much for a beautiful display! I highly recommend Mid Island Florist!!
Id like to share additional feedback about the services I received from the owner for mid-island florist after I shared my feedback. He called me right away & e pressed how disappointed he was in the service I received and apologized about the wrong item being sent. He more than made it right, and provided me with not only a discount but also sent a beautiful flower arrangement and apology letter to my partners mother. He was kind and generous, it's nice to know that the owner knows good customer service. Thank you!
After placing an online order, I had to change the delivery date. The florist changed the date and gave me a follow up call to confirm. Excellent customer service, with a beautiful bouquet for my Aunt!
