I bring my cat here for dematting and they do a wonderful job. They’re almost always able to brush him out instead of shaving which I appreciate. His last visit he was a little spicy and they couldn’t finish. I felt terrible, went to pick him up and they didn’t even charge me. Will absolutely continue using them (after having a stern talk with my cat).

I took my cat here for a nail trim today and I was blown away by the kindness and quality of care we received. My cat Fin gets nervous when I put him in his carrier so I always put a liner in because he pee’s, When we arrived, we were immediately greeted and the woman at the desk was so friendly. I didn’t need an appointment since I was only getting Fin’s nails trimmed and they were able to help us right away. I felt terrible because Fin had soiled himself when he was in the carrier and the woman who trimmed his nails helped clean him up before she trimmed him and kept reassuring both him and I that it was totally fine.
