This family business is amazing. All the women personality is great and nurturing. They care and listen to accommodate your needs and wants. I did my layers here and loved it. I dye my hair here and it wasn’t the finish look that I was going for , however , the owner comfort me and told me to come back that she will fix it and give me what I was looking for. She told me not to worry and welcomed me back. The finish touches were greatly appreciated as she was able to meet my desire look.

Horrible experience! Farida made me wait forever on purpose before doing my hair & when they did do it they did a HORRIBLE JOB by blowdrying my hair while it was pretty much dry then overcharged me. Sneaky & horrible service. Save your money & go elsewhere where they do a professional job and have better customer service and not rip you off. Damn you Farida!

The ladies at BGZ are artists. My hair is growing faster and healthier than ever before. Farida is the sweetest and very knowledgeable, she has been doing my hair for 4 years now. Can’t get a better haircut anywhere else. My forever spot, thank you ladies!

Got a very choppy hair cut. Wouldn’t recommend if you have thick curly hair. Also I can tell they don’t know how to blow dry curly hair.

Have appointment at 3pm and they took me right away. Salon is by appointment only so it's not loud and crowded. Staff was very friendly. And Farida did an amazing job on my hair cut and blow out! Took exactly one hour for everything! Will definitely be back! I think I found my new hair dresser! I told my girlfriend about it and she came the same day! Can't wait to see her new hair!!

I came to this salon twice. The first time I had a great experience and was happy with the result and the second time I was not. First off I requested the owner to do my hair and her assistant ended up doing it because they were busy (it was a Saturday afternoon). I requested balayage and highlights and showed them picture of what I wanted which was a golden brown, subtle balayage. I ended up with yellow and white hair as pictured. I spent $290 and ended up having to go to a different salon to correct what was done here. When I went to the other salon they were shocked at how my hair was handled. This is upsetting as I had a great experience the first time, but my second experience was so poor and cost me more than expected due to correction costs, that I don't think I can come back here.
