We've had WM services for our trash and recycling for about 4 years now, and it's always been easy to work with them. Pickups are regular and timely, and communication about any changes (for holidays and what not) are provided in advance to avoid any confusion or issues. Our pickup guy is great!

It’s been about a year now that we’ve had WM and we’re still very pleased with the quality of service. The driver is very professional and navigates around our yard with care and respect to our property and we appreciate that very much. Keep up the good work!
The switch to waste management has been hands down the best decision ever. Casellas frequently missed pickups (not just my house but my neighbors as well). Since switching, I haven’t had any problems with pickups, adding a bulky item to my account through the app was easy, and I have never had a billing discrepancy. I also love getting texts around holidays to let me know if there is a delay in pickups so I’m not putting trash out when it doesn’t need to be out. They do everything they say they are going to do and I recommend friends/family to switch to them.
