Kristi is a true professional; she answered all my questions with confidence and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. Communication is seamless, especially via SMS, which makes coordinating appointments so much easier. I also really appreciated that she has excellent references and resources ready if she feels you might need additional specialized help.
The atmosphere of the room was spot on—dim lighting and ambient noise made it easy to actually relax despite my chronic pain. She used some great products during the session that helped soothe the area, and I walked out with better flexibility than I’ve had in a long time.
