Dr. Matthew Siegel was amazing. He came highly recommended by a friend, and he absolutely lived up to the expectations. He saw me last minute for an emergency when my crown had fallen off, and he fixed it quickly and professionally.
From the moment I arrived, both he and his staff were very pleasant and welcoming. His mellow and calming personality immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable during a stressful situation. He was very knowledgeable, took X-rays, explained everything clearly, and gave me different options without making me feel rushed. He was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about helping me.
After having a HORRIBLE experience at my last dental office in Bellmore i was nervous to come here. LET me say right away everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful. Put my mind at ease right away. Had no pain at all they helped me reattach my crown which the last office flat out refused to do claiming i needed a whole new one just for money. With my dental history, I feel like I should have a loyalty card by now. The good news? I found Dr. Siegel years ago and stuck with him. He’s consistent, skilled, and makes even the more “involved” visits feel manageable.
