I can’t say enough good things about this doctor’s office. From the moment we walked in, both my son and I who are both patients were treated with such warmth and genuine care. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and the NP Teresa Bertozzi took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all our questions with patience. The level of personal care we received was truly exceptional; they made my son feel at ease, which means the world to me. This office really cares about their patients’ well-being. Highly recommend to anyone looking for thorough, compassionate care!
