This place was really good at one time. I moved from Bellmore and haven't been back as often, but I was there for the last time this past Saturday. I went in for a UV Gel manicure and a pedicure. If I had time yesterday, I would have complained at the front desk and made an appointment to go back. The gel is so thick - they look like little bubbles on my fingers, he didn't do any filing/grinding which is usual for this manicure. The shaping is awful as well. The pedicure was only marginally better and only lasted 20 minutes because I got a 10 minute massage. The major problem is that this place is sooooooooo expensive!!!!!! I've had my nails done at three different locations in my area and I must say the service provided can't come close to the service I received at Nail Relaxation Spa Inc in Bellmore.The facility is clean, the staff is respectful, there's a huge selection of colors and styles to choose from. I worked with some of the other technicians in the past, whoever Mia is my go to person, she knows my style, understands my wants and likeness and addresses any concerns I may have, she communicates well.I must say it is always important to call ahead and schedule an appointment before going but make sure to keep your appointment or cancel ahead of time, don't keep your tech waiting...read full review

Mia is my mail tech she is amazing. When she left, I was lost. I've been going to her for 3 years and where ever she goes I go. The spa is very quiet and professional. Give them a minute.
