“Saw Dr Romsaitong at the Little Neck location. She was on time, very thorough answering my questions and going into detail. I did not feel rushed and am very happy being in her care. The staff is friendly and professional.
Parking is sometimes a problem so allow a little time if you are driving.

“Have been coming to this practice for years. My husband has been seen by Dr Palla & Dr Boglioli in Woodbury office. Excellent doctors.

The Problems arise when you need to make an appointment for any test in the Woodbury office - You must contact the Huntington office. You are on hold for 25-30 minutes before someone picks up the phone.

Also there seems to be an issue with the technician for an echo Test apparently they are short staffed. Technician “not available”. Cancel moments before scheduled appointment.

Just astonished that Northwell would Allow this to happen.“
