I had a haircut with Katherine end of April. She sliced my ear, was bleeding unstoppable. Ladies tried to help, hairdresser felt terrible, apologized profusely. I had to leave and get help from CITIMED where a nice doctor stopped bleeding with surgifoam and finished cutting my bloody hair. I stopped by Lemon Tree few weeks after this incident, left my contact info along with citimed bill. I am due for a haircut, feel traumatized to get it. Till this day the manager didn’t have decency to follow up. I had great haircuts at this place for past 5 years, with different ladies, but the negligence of person in charge is astounding. Wonderful, lovely ladies. Fun and pleasant atmosphere. I was a walk-in waited less than 20 minutes even though they were so busy all the amazing and talented women worked really quickly. Everyone walked out looking like a superstar. I just wanted a simple trim and she was more than happy to help. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.
Make time to find parking as the lot is super small and congested .
I will definitely be returning thank you ladies .
