Tim's company did our repairs after Sandy. He worked with us on price, helped us through the process and was very patient with respect to payment. I've never had work done by a contractor where there isn't a mix-up here or there or that they don't move quite as fast as I'd like. But, if I was getting that sort of service, I'd have to pay a lot more. What I did get was good, solid work and repairs and remodeling that look very good and we haven't had any issues in four years.

Tim Green of Approved Contracting is quite the salesman, but his work is just mediocre. He did an extensive remodel for us and in spite of us being VERY clear about what we wanted for our deck, insisted on something else. We finally got what we wanted but with very poor materials - our deck has been rotting for the past 4 years since he finished the job 6 years ago. And don't even THINK about letting him find you a plumber - you too may have your shower body installed upside down. Find someone else!
