The treatments targeted the areas that were most affected, and although the exercises were challenging at first, they proved to be very effective over time. I had neck, shoulder, and back pain from a car accident, which made it uncomfortable to drive or sit for long periods. Since I drive for work and spend long hours sitting, this was a big issue. Dr. Murphy really helped me with that. The massages after treatment were also very helpful in relaxing my muscles and relieving tension in my neck, shoulders, and back.
