I had neck, shoulder, and back pain from a car accident, which made it uncomfortable to drive or sit for long periods. Since I drive for work and spend long hours sitting, this was a big issue. Dr. Murphy really helped me with that. The massages after treatment were also very helpful in relaxing my muscles and relieving tension in my neck, shoulders, and back. I was impressed with how smoothly the scheduling process worked—I never had to wait more than five minutes to start treatment, and most times, it was immediate. The two receptionists were professional, polite, and resourceful. Even when I needed to adjust my appointments, they handled it with ease.
