He even tackled some unsightly tree stumps that had been left to slowly decompose, grinding them down and seeding those areas too. These weren't small tasks, and those thoughtful actions have made such a positive impact on the overall look and feel of our community.

Now, I did see a comment from another reviewer about sometimes finding him a tad hard to reach to sort out a minor issue. I’ll admit, I had a similar moment once. However, after a quick chat with one of his guys who was on-site, Elvis got back to me promptly and everything was addressed. As someone who occasionally needs a friendly reminder myself, I completely understood, and the fact that he was responsive once his crew passed along the message was perfectly fine by me. He sorted it out, and that’s what counts.
