I tried to use the ATM machine In this nail salon and the lady told me that I can't use it. She said the machine is only for her customers. I've used ATM everywhere and never heard that a machine is only for customers. She's racist

Went to Amy’s for the first time for a mani/pedi. Was rushed through pedi.. didn’t change the water after my short leg scrub so I was rinsed off using the same water my feet soaked in after cutting my cuticles. so that’s gross, especially then applying lotion. The hot towel was put on and taken off immediately. Moved to mani table and asked if I wanted massage. I said no…thankfully cuz I didn’t know I’d be charged for it. Tell your clients that right away. Mani was rushed too. Guess who wasn’t? ME! I’m there to relax and enjoy the treatment… also, the employee didn’t speak to me at all unless spoken to. Probably because she didn’t speak English well. $53.00 + tip… I never treat myself .. new to the area, gonna look around for other options.

I just started going to Amy’s nails in the last few months after moving to the area. The salon was recommended to me by a friend and I’ve been very happy. The service is great and the staff is friendly. I especially enjoy the complementary message.

Went here for a manicure while in town a year ago. They were fast, efficient and my nails looked fine. Thought I would try a pedicure service. Did not have as good as an experience. Felt rushed, did not get a breakdown of pedicure services. Nail stylist talked non-stop to stylist next to her. Was not paying attention when she nicked the base of my foot which started bleeding. All in all, will not be.returning. The salon was decently cleaned anyway and I did get a.band-aid for my foot so I had that going for me. She did do a good job painting the nails.

Very nice staff. Super friendly, and you can tell that they have a lot of repeat business with the way they talk to other customers. If I lived in the area, I would return.

Came in as a walk in and they were extremely accommodating! I’m super picky with my nails and Hannah did a fantastic job. Definitely will be back!!

I've been to this salon once before for a perfectly decent pedicure. This review is based on my most recent experience going with my husband for a gel manicure. We've always gone together as a rare treat and we were looking forward to this.I have been looking for a decent spot since leaving the city and had heard good things about Amy's. I was surprised to find it a churn and burn experience, with very little basic attention going into the manicure, and having the whole thing last less than 20 minutes for 40 dollars. Gel is not soaked off, it is ground off with a universal sanding attachment that is not changed. Buffers, files and cuticle pushers were also not swapped between customers. My manicure was sloppy and lack-luster, and my husband's left him bleeding. I watched as they finished his up and the woman slopped a bunch of lotion on his hands and then did not rub it in, he had to ask for a paper towel. It was pretty comical to witness.
