Working with Tri County team was a very positive experience . They corrected my home renovation to be in compliance with village for a job they did not perform. They took time and due diligence, to be sure the gas lines were safe, pressure tested and everything was to code. Additionally, filed all necessary paperwork to conclude the permits and inspections . Everyone I deal with at this company is experienced, helpful and knowledgeable in what they do. They have pride in their work and get the job done as quickly as they can but do not cut any corners. The person who answered the phone was named Judy. She hung up on me 4 times. Than cancelled my delivery because she got frustrated with me. Prior to this they called and rescheduled my installation 3 times.. and each time they gave me a 14 hour window. (7am - 9pm). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Terrible customer service. Won’t ever do business with them. If you expect an installation on time don’t count on them. Receptionist wouldn’t even schedule another time.
