I became a patient of Bayside Family this year. Although being a new patient, I had the chance to visit the office multiple times for a deep cleaning. Speaking of cleaning, the office itself is always clean which makes me proud to be a patient. Next the entire staff is always very friendly, welcoming and very supportive. The team of dentists are among the best of the best. They tell you what you need to hear not what you want to. It is clear the team prioritizes total mouth care including gums and teeth. Revi was my hygienist and she did a great job in doing my deep cleaning. She made sure she got everything out. Diane, the front desk was also very helpful in checking how much you will pay for before getting a procedure done. The clinic is clean and well maintained. It smells like a spa and feels like going to a spa. I very much appreciate Dr Caz as well coz she is ver thorough in checking what needs to be done and explains why a procedure is required. Staffs are great and the place is also great. Thanks for the wonderful service!
What can I say I am a patient at bayside family dentistry . They do it all ! I know many people do not go to a dentist for years because of fear . Well I can tell you . NO FEAR HERE . I have been to many dentists through my life . Not one compares to Dr. Caz . She is such a professional and her staff is wonderful as well . I felt like family from day one . I tend to be on the anxious side. So I was apprehensive. But everyone was so welcoming . I felt at ease and knew they understood my feelings .
