Echo tech was great. I had a problem with a yellow jacket nest in my walls. Chris came out the day after I called and quickly took care of my problem. In one day, we haven’t seen a yellow jacket entering or exiting their former hive and we no longer have problem with bees coming in.
Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable on my unwanted guests ( yellow jackets & nest!!). So far (done today) it's looking good that they are gone! But it might take a a few days, to make sure they are!! I'm glad that he is the expert! And I thank him for taking care of this problem for me!
Efficient, very clean technician (Chris) and easy to work with. Left the space in order and was very diligent with the “clean up”.Chris explained everything before, during and after. Very professional and reassuring. Highly recommend !!!
