Andrew was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Out of all of the quotes we got he was the only one to sit down with us and explain everything. We had a portion of our house where he installed new hardwood and another portion where he refinished the existing hardwood. We had several areas of the existing hardwood that needed repair and he took the time to explain why the repairs were necessary, even after making an attempt to salvage those problem areas. Once the floor was polyurethaneed and finished you cannot Tell what areas he repaired with new boards. The Floorman of Islip did an amazing job restoring our wood floors. We got several quotes, and he was, by far the most responsive to our needs. They were very professional, covering up anything that could get damaged, and they were on time every day.
