Sonmir at Roof Pro did an exceptional job with our new roof and gutters. We had dealt with roof repairs stemming from skylight leaks for over 2 years and it never got fixed. Sonmir came and very quickly figured out that our skylights were broken and the roof had poor ventilation and needed to be replaced. The price for a brand new roof and skylights was reasonable and he said he could finish the job, along with replacing our broken gutters, in 1 day. The team arrived on time, put tarp down outside the house and inside our bedroom with the skylight to ensure a proper clean up. We recently hired Roof Pro for a complete roof replacement, and our experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the initial consultation, Mr. Sonmir Portillo, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He conducted a thorough inspection, including checking the attic, walking on the roof in search for material damage, and guided us through all the options and materials without any pressure sales and cheap tactics. The quote was reasonable, and he was transparent that the original quote could be more due to unforeseen material damage. While the end quote was higher, we believe it was worth it.
