We went or a manicure and pedicure , compared to other local Salons they rushed the callus removal and poorly done on me and my wife , then we refused to leave a tip because they rushed at checking out i gave them my credit card and they wouldn't give me back my credit card because i refused to five them a tip ,I was going to call the Police but the manager eventuate;ly told the worker to give my credit card back ,

I love Aida and Sam . Honestly I've been going here for years . They are always busy which means they have to be good . I hate when I see bad reviews like tech couldn't speak much English . It's not like they can't translate for us . It's a business

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. Asked them for a gel manicure cause I wanted to keep my natural nails, and they removed, in the most painful way, the tips that I had on. Literally ripped them off with a card. After complaining about it, I still showed them the pic of the colors I wanted, something simple, but they did whatever they felt like, and when I asked for a nude base they only put clear polish instead. Had to pay for something that they didn’t even filed right, and tipped only cause the second person that did my nails was kinda nice but for some reason they didn’t do what I requested.
