I had a very bad experience with Lupe who dyed my hair using strong chemicals. I requested a particular color turned out something totally different. I went to her because a coworker recommended her so I was under the impression she had experience in the field but I was wrong. She has no clue nor does she know how to do color. My hair is a total disaster!!! To make matters worst she stained my top. Keep away from this supposedly hairdresser! In addition Lupe told me next time wear an old tshirt in case this happens, nice from Lupe and the owner replies with the fact that I use head and shoulders that is why there are reviews with the same issue that their hair was damaged. I asked Lupe to suggest hair color and she gave me attitude very disrespectful, in all honesty if I was a bad person I would not had paid at all but I am not like Lupe and the owner, thank you for showing your true colors and giving us Salvadorians a bad name you should be a shamed. Lupe will bring your business down if she continues with this service.Services: Permanent makeup
