Fantastic company with amazing people! I don’t usually write reviews, but their service technician, Deano, just left and was incredibly helpful. We’ve been loyal customers of Frank Brothers for over 20 years, and with team members like Deano, it’s easy to see why. If you’re searching for an oil company that’s honest, fair, and all-around dependable, look no further. And don’t forget to mention that Richie sent you! ?

Switched to Frank Bros a couple of years ago after being jerked around by Petro for nearly 10 years. Frank Bros has a more personal approach to their business, whenever I have to call for help whether I need to set up an appointment for maintenance or want to pay my bill over the phone or just need to schedule an oil delivery the women I speak to on the phone are very nice and helpful. Their maintenance people do a great job **knock on wood** my dinosaur of a steam boiler has worked very well since Frank Bros been taking care of it (cannot say the same for when we used Petro's service).
