Checkin fine… wait time fine… diagnosis fail… went in fir clogged ear… PA looked said all clear here’s some Flonase… gave the Flonase a week still clogged… bought some ear wax drops off Amazon … after First application of my Amazon drops feel better: waste of time and a misdiagnosis. Always go with your gut.

They just moved their office recently, and I'm not sure if it's permanent or not. It is REALLY small. However, Dr Cimmino is the most caring and attentive doctors that I have ever seen. Although you can wait a while to get in the room, even with an appointment, he is worth the wait. He actually listens to your concerns and problems, and does everything he can to help. Although I love Dr Cimmino, I had to only give the office 3 stars. The wait times are ridiculous at times, and the desk can be chaotic. For example, they didn't tell me they couldn't take cards right now (after their move), until after I was already in the office. Actually, I waited 1 hours before they even said anything about it. It would've been nice to know before showing up for my appointment.

I wish I could give 0 stars Dr Cimmino is awesome but the receptionist are horrible I made a appointment mysteriously I didn't make a appointment after I sat there for over a hour and talked about a patient it was horrible they are the first people we see when we come into the office and they have the nastiest attitude I would recommend Dr Cimmino as a doctor but he has to get rid of the front desk receptionist both of them
