The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND when my dog and I were in need of their help!! They got us in for an emergency visit, and although I lost my best friend, Cooper, they did everything they could to be there for me through a difficult situation. The staff even contacted me a few days later to check in on me and later sent me a sweet card. From the moment I contacted their office and spoke with Kailee to the time I checked in with her at the office, she was so welcoming and made me feel less anxious. I absolutely love the staff and atmosphere. They treated us like family our very first visit and has made a point to go over options for our budget. They called me to check on my boy and see how he was doing as well as scheduled a follow up visit. I cannot thank them enough. I will use them for any and all of my animals going forward and will recommend them to friends and family. I have been a complete mess trying to find a vet that would care for my baby Vinny (cat) hasn’t been acting right for a couple days. I’ve called around and everyone wanted so much. I called this vet and they not only got him in immediately but also helped pay for him to get what he needed done to get done. The Vet and everyone there were so nice and extremely understanding. I’m very hopeful that my baby will be just fine. Thank you for being so kind in such a hard world now a days. I highly recommend these guys.
