About House O’ Laundry

House O' Laundry provides a clean and efficient laundry service to its customers. The attendants are generally helpful, with one worker described as particularly nice. The dryers are large and effective, allowing clothes to dry quickly and without wrinkles. However, the reviews also mention that some of the employees can be rude, with one customer stating they will not return due to the poor customer service from the majority of the staff. The business is described as mostly clean, but the overall experience seems to be mixed, with the positive aspects of the facility and services being offset by the negative interactions with certain employees.

To the lady that complained of a "man" hovering over her 2 year old. That "man", was a 15 year old severely autistic boy. He is non verbal, as I explained to you, and has a sister with the same name as your child, hence the name he was repeating after hearing you repeat it over and over again; once again, as I explained to you. I commend you on watching your child, but He was not 'hovering' over your child. He was listening to music on his iPad near the window where he likes to stand. Again, as I explained to you. You may want to learn a bit about autism because it's prevalent in the schools now, and it just makes sense to teach your child (and I would argue that you, yourself, could use a little education on the subject), as your child will be going to school, and needs to be diverse in today's world. My 15 year old child, while large, was not intimidating, nor making your child uncomfortable. And as long as you don't want a discrimination lawsuit on your plate, (I will mention that his autism is a severe disability, and it's illegal to hate against the disabled), you might consider some education on the subject. Your child, nor my child, were under no threat that day. He was simply rotely repeating the name of his sister, Rain, after hearing it repeated time and time and time again ...by you. Happy educating yourself and creating a accepting, diverse child in the future, as she, and you, will be interacting with the neurologically disabled quite often in the future and when she starts school. Again, as I mentioned to you that day. My best wishes for you and your child within the scary society comprised of many people with disabilities that you will be forced by law to comply with if you are not more careful.
