Definitely recommend these guys! Had recently moved in, and the sewer started backing up into the basement. It turned into a 2 day project with extremely cold temperatures, lots of unknowns, argumentative city workers and a goofy lookin excavator operator (lol ? jk Ray, great job!) Josh, Noah, Tyler and the guys took care of it all…including the hassle with the guys in yellow, I didn’t even have to speak to them! Josh made sure I understood everything that was going on, all the guys are super friendly and very approachable…VERY good experience during a stressful time.

Some specifics: There was a major emergency at my mother's house on a Friday night. A different company delivered a washing machine and broke a pipe on the wall, leaving a huge mess and no water for the entire house. Henry H Cook answered an online inquiry less than 2 minutes after we sent it and were at her house in less than a half hour. A team of 2 - Josh and Noah - came in ready to help and ready to work. Susan E.McGregor.Josh and Noah did a very professional job installing a new boiler and water heater combination for me.they were very pleasant.they replaced a poorly installed boiler that was installed by another " professional" plumber/heating company. also installed a baseboard heater.i am very pleased with the job that they did. Chris is a good boss/ teacher.would recommend them.t thank you,Josh,Noah and Chris.Chris was recommended to me by friend, Bonnie who Chris did septic and hot water heater work for her and she was very pleased .a company remodeled my bathroom and accidentally broke valve on heater . called Chris and he came out in a very short time... read full review
