I don't write many reviews but Genesee Lumber is exceptional. The big box stores are closer to me but I wanted the advice of experience in planning and executing on my home improvements. Brad was exceptional in helping me order a new patio door, window sash upgrades, and exterior doors for our home. He walked me through the process and ensured that all the right components were ordered. The materials arrived on time, as promised. I had them perform the installations as well and their lead installer, Curt, also exceeded my expectations. He pre-stained the patio door and window sashes and the installations were perfect. New Build, 1200 sq. ft. home, Ed assisted us with our materials, very knowledgeable, informative, and delivery timely. Curt and his install team are EXCEPTIONAL in craftsmanship, the attention to detail. Curt is wonderful to work with and highly knowledgeable at his craft. If you are looking into a kitchen renovation, Genesee Lumber is the place to check out. We just love our new semicustom cabinets! The service and support we received from the whole team was excellent. Derek and Curt were very professional and guided us through each step of our project. Although we experienced some shipping/manufacturing delays, Derek was on top of things from the beginning to the very end and kept us informed of any changes. Also, Curt's craftmanship and attention to detail during the instillation process was amazing. Please contact Genesee Lumber for your kitchen renovation and you will NOT be disappointed!
