This was my first experience at Council Optician of Batavia. I was pleased with the warm reception I received and the service provided. I was very satisfied with the selection of eyeglasses and the expertise of the individuals.

Absolutely wonderful I go through glasses quite often due to my work and because I drive heavy machinery they are very much needed so I have two different pairs both different kinds when I ordered my second pair the lenses were transitional and they had them in and ready for me I believe within a day or two of me ordering them and then today the arm on my second pair just fell off right before lunch time I walked in and within 15-20 minutes not only did they clean the lenses but they had to put the lenses in new frames not just in one pair but two pairs of glasses and I was back to work on time big thank you to everyone at council opticians Batavia

It was my daughters 1st time going to the eye doctor. Dr. Bob was amazing with her (she is 7). She got her 1st pair of glasses. The doctor was very personable and didn't make us feel rushed. He is very good with kids. I would highly recommend Council Optician of Batavia.
