A sense of trust and recognition of the customer needs, desires and capabilities. Our water pumped died, which in 1 sense was a good thing because our water system was not adequate for our needs. Though we had a water filter our water smelled and left a stain in the sinks and shower. We thought there was little we could do about. Mike weighed the situation, our desires, resources. & needs, and gave us options. The work was done within the time he specified and now stands behind it. Then when I flushed my Apple Watch down the toilet and he was unable to come, he talked me through how to retrieve it. He's a professional with his customers' interests in mind.
